The Challenge
Kyrall was launching a genuinely new idea — AI that generates real, editable, parametric 3D models from your engineering knowledge — and needed a launch video that made it land on day one.

The concept was technical and easy to overcomplicate, and the timeline was brutal: three days, start to finish, with no room to slip.
Our Strategy
We split the work among the team and ran both tracks in parallel — one of us driving the talking-head narrative, the other building the motion — so a three-day turnaround was even possible.

Two days on storyboard, then 48 hours flat on motion and sound design. Dividing the piece cleanly down the middle let us move fast without the story or the visuals losing coherence.
